We have seen builders build luxury homes from inferior materials, but paying the most attention to aesthetic issues. This home will stand well for years and years. The specifications do not even mention the use of a Buderus brand boiler, the finest boiler available. This is the heart of the hydro-air heating system - state of the art. Dual oil tanks are supplied, giving a capacity of 660 gallons of fuel. Solid doors run throughout the interior of this home, a pleasant surprise considering most builder will use at least some hollow plastic doors. The master bath floor has radiant heat for ultimate comfort. The specs say that the walkways and patios are complete, but they do not say just how nice they are. The curved walkway to the front doors is a work of art, as is the stone patio with walls and decorative posts in the rear yard.
